I was born in Palermo, Sicily, where I studied Computer Engineering. I started my career as a Web Developer in Milan in 2008 and launched my startup in 2013 in London, where I became a Technical Lead. I moved to Barcelona, dreaming of living life near the sea again and keeping growing my career.

I've aspired to be a manager for a long time and mentor everyone who wants to grow following best practices and the latest technologies. So here I am, writing about leadership, Scrum and management based on what I read and my good and bad experiences.
